More problems for the WSSC. I guess I should stop complaining about the water main repairs being done on my little dead end street?
For the second time in a month, there is a major water main break in Silver Spring, this time at the corner of Piney Branch Road and Flower Avenue, a little over a mile from here. Not looking good, based on the pictures. Perhaps yer correspondent ought to go do a live field report from the scene.
